SIKKIM, a small Himalayan State lying between 27 to 28 degree North Latitude and 88 to 89 degree East longitude is the second smallest state in India. It is barely 7,096 sq. km. in size yet has an elevation ranging from 300 m to 8585 m above sea level. Its Geography is dominated by the most majestic mountain chain in the world which includes the Kanchenjunga.

Singelila Trek (Sandakphu & Pahlut) Duration: 6 nights 7 days  Suggested Itinerary : Find out more at: www.venturehimalaya.co.in
Day 1:	Darjeeling to Tonglu.or Tumling  Drive one and half hour to Manebhnajyang and further vertical climb brings you to Tonglu (2800m). Excellent view of Kanchenjunga depending on the weather conditions out there.  Overnight at trekker's lodge.
Day 2:	Tonglu or Tumling to Kalpokhari.  Many ascents and descents characterize the trek to Kalpokhari. Distance 16 km, 7 hours walking. Overnight trekker’s hut.
Day 3:	Kalpokhari to  Sandakphu  Many ascents and descents characterize the trek to Sandakphu (3636m).Sandakphu perhaps offers the best simultaneous view of the  Everest and the Kanchenjunga ranges. Distance 7 km, 4 hours walking. Overnight trekker’s huts
Day 4:	Sandhakphu to  Phalute or Molley  The trek to Phalut is comparatively easy going as one does not encounter many ascents and the trek is more or less flat on the walking along the Singalila ridge. Phalut is near the Tri-junction of Sikkim, Nepal and West Bengal .Overnight at trekkers lodge.
Day 5:	Phalut  or Molley to Rammam.or Gorkhey  The trail plunges steeply into the Rammam valley till the village of Gorkhey after which it more or less flat land. Overnight in Trekkers Hut. Distance 14 km and 5 hours walking.
Day 6:	Gorkhey  to Srikhola  The last day of your trek to SRIKHOLA is more or less flat with some descents and meanders past meadows and small villages. SRIKHOLA is a small village on the river bank.
Day 7:	Srikhola to Darjeeling  Morning 7 Kms walk  and drive to Darjeeling 5 hrs .Over night at hotel at Darjeeling.. Tonight you will stay at a family home converted to lodge.
